本试验机用于评估施加于椅子靠背之力度所引起的疲劳压力和磨损能力。
参考标准：EN1728,EN12520
1、座有效负荷一定重量--不得导致结构损坏或功能降低
2、测试周期为25000次，不得有任何失败.
主要技术参数：
1、用EN CMD确定出底座和靠背的施力点，并作标记
2、用模具装置直插升压棒，防止滑动
3、椅子的所有功能都调至最差状态
测试程序
4底座施加砝码225BL，靠背施加60kg的力。
5靠背动一次为一个循环，测试周期为25000次 或其它次数
完成测试后椅子不能出现功能失效、裂纹、松动。同时需要满足稳定性要求。
